With nearly two decades of experience in petroleum land management, Keith Kistner plays a central role in Millennium PetroCapital’s asset acquisition and leasing strategies across Texas, as well as managing the firm’s extensive leasehold footprint. His career spans the Permian, Delaware, and Eagle Ford basins, where he has managed lease negotiations, landowner relations, and mineral rights for some of the nation’s most active operators.

Kistner began his career managing in-house land operations for producers, including EOG Resources, gaining hands-on expertise in aligning operational needs with long-term development goals. At Millennium, he applies that experience to ensure projects are structured with clarity, fairness, and a strong foundation for sustainable redevelopment.
